He has been named ‘Commercial Realtor of the Year’ since 2014. Richard offers a wide range of commercial real estate services including sales, leasing, property management, site selection, investment property analysis, asset evaluation and cash flow analysis.
Connectivity is a key element for success and Richard is highly connected in our community. In addition to having served as the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Chairman, he also serves on the board of the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority Board, the Board of Visitors of the Wall School of Business at Coastal Carolina University, and is on the board and past President of the YMCA of Coastal Carolina.
Tatiana Sheffer attended Brest State University specializing in Foreign Languages. She started her real estate career in 2007 and in 2012 receieved the Accredited Commercial Professional designation.
She has experience working with a number of foreign investors and specializes in assisting clients in site selection for restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail needs along the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
Her real estate knowledge, combined with the broad range of resources at RE/MAX Southern Shores Commercial, brings a creative approach to identifying solutions that meet her client’s needs.
